About our speakers:

Brittany is a director of customer engagement at Genesys, a customer experience SaaS company. She is responsible for cultivating advocates within strategic accounts, building and maintaining advocacy programs, as well as overseeing the customer reference program. Prior to Genesys, Brittany worked in marketing and sales for several technology companies, including a 7-year stint at Oracle. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Texas A&M University and holds a master’s degree in marketing and advertising from the University of North Texas.

Leslie leads a global team that develops, utilizes, promotes and shares valuable Genesys customer perspectives and digital transformation experiences to inspire others. Programs ranging from Executive/Customer Advisory Boards, Customer Roundtable Discussion series, User Groups, the Genesys Reference Program, global Customer Engagement, published customer asset production and customer story amplification are a few of the programs that fall within her leadership. Prior to Genesys, Leslie has an extensive background building, evolving and refining customer advocacy and customer marketing programs starting at CA and moving on to an 8-year engagement driving innovation within the customer engagement and customer reference program at Oracle.
