Account Executive - USA​

Job Description

We’re searching for high-energy AE’s (remote/WFH) who can support prospects in their decision-making process and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With extensive product knowledge and understanding of our industry, the Account Executive will communicate directly with prospects, understand their individual needs and share how Crowdvocate can help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate is organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer’s experience.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales process, from pipeline generation (inbound and outbound) through negotiation and close.
  • Manage contact with all levels of the prospect organization, including senior executives.
  • Showcase Crowdvocate solutions using a value-based consultative sales approach.
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with prospective clients (and internal stakeholders) to create a better buyer experience.
  • Manage monthly forecasting and CRM maintenance.
  • Work with SDR on the mutual pipeline.

Expectations:

  • First 30 days: Attain proficiency in Crowdvocate’s product, value proposition, use cases and competitive differentiation, join sales calls.
  • First 60 days: Manage sales cycles from inbound leads handling to deal closed. Start closing initial deals. Start prospecting and account mapping.
  • First 90 Days: Build an opportunity pipeline that is 3x the quarterly goal. 
  • 6 Months: Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas 

What you will need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the US market, at least 4+ years in technology sales. 
  • Self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and in teams, growth mindset. 
  • Evidence of commitment to a process-driven sales approach, methodological and tech-savvy.
  • Ability to manage technical demos by yourself, understand decision-making dynamics, self-learner, passion for the industry and job. 
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement in past roles. 

What skills would be an advantage?

  • Experience with customer marketing, advocacy, or B2B marketing platforms is a major plus!
  • Formal Sales training certification
  • Computer skills, MS Office, CRM software–HubSpot experience a plus

> You will need to go through 2-3 interviews, a set of 3 simulation tests and one reference.

> Training and on-boarding – Accepted candidate will go through training, product, sales-tools introduction and domain / industry training. Most of the training will be on-the-job training and self-learning. Hands-on training approach.
