Crowdvocate is on a mission to change marketing for the better. Our team has developed the first Customer-Led Growth platform that allows companies to see their customers as their partners. Our data-powered lifecycle customer engagement platform enables B2B brands to create personalized engagement for their customers, to significantly increase NPS, sales, and customer loyalty.

We are looking for a rockstar Head of Digital Marketing, reporting to the VP of Marketing, along with a Head of Field Marketing & Events, a Head of Content, and a Head of Product Marketing.


In this broad marketing role you will own the marketing mix but with a strong focus on lead generation activities to drive customer acquisition and the sales funnel. This will include the following areas:

Brand and Strategy

  • Campaign development and management

Marketing Automation

  • Creating and managing targeted email campaigns
  • Creating automated drip campaigns – customer journey and profiling
  • CRM Management – Hubspot
  • Marketing stack evolution – you’ll recommend additional tools that can improve our customers’ journey and make you / the entire marketing team more agile

Digital and Social Media

  • Work with digital marketing specialists to develop and oversee the digital and social strategy
  • Develop SEM and paid digital / social campaigns
  • Develop and establish a comprehensive marketing automation strategy
  • SEO strategy
  • Content Strategy / CX and UX
  • Website management – WordPress, Hubspot
  • Identify new digital channels and platforms


  • Hire, manage digital marketing specialists (marketing ops, PPC, Etc)
  • Manage the marketing budget to achieve customer acquisition targets


You will be an experienced marketing leader with excellent digital marketing skills and expertise around lead generation in digital and direct channels. You will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • 10+ years strategic marketing experience in B2B channels 
  • Excellent skills and experience in lead generation/demand generation marketing via direct and online channels
  • Strong digital marketing, CRM and lead management skills – such as Hubspot
  • Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams
  • Strong digital marketing skills including website, campaigns, search and social
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
