Crowdvocate is on a mission to change B2B customer engagement for the better. Our team has developed the first Customer-Led Growth platform that empowers companies to collaborate with their customers as their partners. Our lifecycle customer engagement platform enables B2B brands to create personalized and contextual touchpoints with their customers, and significantly increase advocacy, sales and satisfaction. 


We’re looking for a UX Designer who’s highly self-motivated and creative, who knows how to transform complex problems and data into intuitive and accessible designs.

As part of the Product Department, you’ll take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into user-friendly and intuitive features, as well as support our Marketing and Sales needs.

You’ll be working as an individual contributor, owning critical design projects end-to-end and working in dynamic environment.

  • Interact with stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements, set expectations and provide time estimations.
  • Create concepts while balancing business goals and users’ needs.
  • Define information architecture and plan clear navigation models.
  • Produce wire frames and prototypes to create simple, intuitive, usable, and engaging experiences for our users.
  • Clearly deliver and communicate specifications and guidelines to developers & product managers.
  • Escort and support the development work to validate alignment with UX requirements and respond to issues.
  • Conduct usability testing, translate findings and insights into action items and apply them in the UX design.


  • At least 2 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience for WEB products, preferably in B2B SaaS products. Start-up experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in prototyping detailed workflows and use-cases, in relevant prototyping tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and deliver in a fast-paced environment with changing needs. Knowing agile methodologies – highly desirable
  • Have user-centric mindset, customer-focused
  • Eagerness to learn and evolve
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional expertise (must be shared)
